A rehab and addition project to create a new home for a growing family in the Lakeview neighborhood. An existing 4,500 ft2 carriage house was gutted and expanded to include 5 Bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. A large, oddly-shaped lot inspired the angular forms.
